We make high-quality HD video tours for estate agents, holiday home, hotels, yachts, and businesses. Our videos give potential buyers / viewers a detailed tour, sense of geography, details of features and location that photos alone cannot portray. We create a dynamic enhancement to your existing marketing and allow people who are outside of your area (potentially anywhere in the world) to gain a real feel for your property.
Who are you?
Property Videos and Yacht Videos are a family business run by Luke and Amy Power. Amy is a professionally trained photographer; she has an eye for detail, light, colour, and composition. Luke is an experienced freelance sound recordist in television and film for major clients including the BBC, ITV, CBC, and ABC. Luke and Amy have many years of experience in buying, selling, renting, holiday letting, and managing properties. We also work with a great bunch of freelancers who provide fantastic presenting, camera and editing skills.
How much does it cost?
Our prices are competitive and realistic. We don't restrict our videos by length or by the amount of time we spend with you; we give your property the attention it deserves. Please use £400+VAT as an indicative guide price. Travel costs and individual circumstances may mean that we have to charge slightly more.... or sometimes slightly less!

Why do you use YouTube?
If you can’t beat them… YouTube has come a long way in the last few years particularly with major TV and film companies now joining up. Aside from the obvious codec, bandwidth, and storage space benefits, YouTube is now the world’s second largest search engine – that gets our videos found. It’s also a great way to watch our videos in HD. .
